Congratulations to the 2025 Community Fund Grant Recipients
Thank you to everyone attending the 2025 Peppercorn Hill Community Fund presentation, held at the Land Sales Centre on Albury Avenue.
The annual grants have been running since 2022 and distributed over $75,000 to local groups working in and around the growing Donnybrook community.
Peter Hood, Senior Project Manager, presented 15 grants of $2,000 each, totaling $30,000.
This took the Peppercorn Hill Community Fund to a cumulative total of over $100,000.
About the Community Fund
The idea was inspired by the vision of the Dennis Family Corporation Founder, Bert Dennis, as a way of giving back to the communities we create.
In just over 20 years that we have been operating funds on various projects across Melbourne and South East Queensland, we have collectively awarded more than $1 million in grants.
