Meet the Sales Team at Peppercorn Hill

Say hello to Adrian Di Girolamo and Chanpreet Randhawa, Peppercorn Hill’s Estate Managers

Adrian joined Peppercorn Hill’s sales agency RPM Group in 2021 and has been based at the estate since July 2023.

His professional background includes a decade of sales experience, coming from a sales/customer service role in the banking sector into the property industry.

Prior to working at Peppercorn Hill, Adrian had been assigned to development projects in Melbourne’s outer west.

Chanpreet is new to Peppercorn Hill, having been made to feel welcome since his arrival at RPM on 1st September this year.

Bringing 12 years of sales experience, Chanpreet started his career in telecommunications in India before coming to Australia in 2007.

He has been involved in the property industry since 2015, including periods at Sherridon Homes and Eight Homes, and is excited to have made the shift from new home sales to now be focusing his work on land sales at Peppercorn Hill.

Were you familiar with Peppercorn Hill prior to working here?

Adrian: Yes, I had a family friend who purchased here about four years ago and I had a look at it for him before he went ahead.

Chanpreet: Yes, I became aware of Peppercorn Hill through my previous work with Eight Homes. It’s amazing to see how much development has taken place since I first saw the estate.

What aspects of Peppercorn Hill have made the most impact on you in your time here to date?

AD: After previously working on the western side of Melbourne, initially I had to get familiar with the north. I was able to quickly make that adjustment and have now seen nearly of a quarter of the Peppercorn Hill project take shape.

I’ve been here for the move to the new Sales Office and opening of Peppercino Café which has added a new level of amenity and reinforced the neighbourly community feel.

In just over two years here, I have seen several stages developed and construction begin in the Woodlands precinct. I’ve watched the estate’s resident population increase in number and the events held at Easter and Christmas get bigger each year with the growing community. We’ve very much established our own identity here and have attracted a really diverse mix of friendly, welcoming people.

Probably more than anything, I’ve been proud to be part of that by being able to help people in their buying journey.

CR: Although I have only been here for a few weeks, I am enjoying the transition from new home sales into land sales and learning more about the estate every day. My commute to work is only twelve minutes, so it’s very convenient for me.

My first impressions of Peppercorn Hill have been extremely positive. It is really well located, with easy access to nearby suburbs like Epping, Mernda and South Morang, and there is an excellent choice of schools close by.

I am looking forward to this next chapter in my career here.

What do you consider Peppercorn Hill’s main drawcards to be?

AD: The strength of the project definitely lies in the upcoming amenities, particularly the retail precincts, schools and sporting precinct coming through and there is also a childcare facility being built at the moment.

These facilities will add to Peppercino Café that’s already here adjacent to the Sales Office. There are also a lot of new amenities also planned in the neighbouring suburb of Woodstock and families living at Peppercorn Hill already have a good selection of reputable existing schools close by at both primary and secondary level.

Of course, price and location have always been amongst Peppercorn Hill’s strongest selling points.

What land is available at the moment?

AD: We ae currently selling a range of titled and untitled land from 350 square metres up to 600 square metres. Stage 34 is also scheduled for release in October. This stage is located within easy walking distance of the future shops.

CR: Our choice of land will suit any purchaser and help them get into their dream home, whether they are first home buyers, down-sizers or families moving to be close to the nearby schools. It is much a more affordable price point here than in some of the nearby more established suburbs.

Can you provide a snapshot of your life away from work?

AD: I haven’t yet started my own family but am engaged and recently built my first home. Doing this has given me a really good insight for first home buyers into how that process works and everything they will go through in that experience.

I am a big Geelong Cats fan in the AFL and also enjoy holidays and spending time with family and friends. Other things that are important to me include self-improvement, personal growth and being kind to people.

CR: I am married with two children, a daughter who is ten and a son aged seven. I play tennis and also like to enjoy family time and holidays. We recently took a trip to Bali just before I joined RPM.

Do you welcome people dropping into the Sales Office to say hello?

AD: Absolutely. Regardless of whether you are a Peppercorn Hill resident, or a potential purchaser or not, we’re here to support people in people in any way we can. Whether you’re looking for sales assistance or just seeking general information, we encourage anyone who has a question or wants to meet us to come in for a chat.
