Peppercorn Hill’s community is growing by the day, with over 550 lots now sold!
Almost 180 houses are now in the process of being built across Stages 1 – 6 as the Estate starts to take shape. Even more exciting, over the past couple of months the first of Peppercorn Hill’s new residents have begun moving into their homes, breathing life into the new thriving, vibrant community.
Winter is well and truly here, and it may be a little chilly, but there is still plenty happening at Peppercorn Hill.
Over 75 houses are now in the process of being built across Stages 1 – 6 as the Estate starts to take shape. Even more exciting, over the past few weeks the first of Peppercorn Hill’s new residents have begun moving into their homes, breathing life into the new thriving community.
Carpenter, Nathan and his partner Brodie, a Court Support Services worker, bought land at Peppercorn Hill in July last year, and have recently moved into their new home.
The first-time homeowners, who are planning to get married in February next year, are amongst the estate’s first residents and they are looking forward to starting a family in Peppercorn Hill’s rapidly expanding community.
Demand for new land and homes in Donnybrook shows no sign of slowing if sales at Peppercorn Hill are anything to go by.
The last few months have been huge ones for the master-planned Estate, with well over 400 lots now sold, evenly spread across two precincts – Peppercorn Hill and Eastside.
Tell us a little bit about you? What do you do, where do you currently live, when did you buy at Peppercorn Hill, is this your first home/ forever home, who will be living there?
Project Manager, Jim and his wife, Kylie, bought land at Peppercorn Hill in Stage 4 in July this year. Currently renting in Mernda, they are excited about building their first home together.
Now their two sons have left home, the two empty nesters are looking forward sharing their new forever house with their cat, Henry, with plenty of space for friends and family to come and visit.
