Easter Egg Hunt
We kicked off the year with our much-loved Easter Egg Hunt that returned bigger than ever, with hundreds of little explorers racing through the park in search of hidden treasures. It was another heart-warming reminder of why so many families choose to call Peppercorn Hill home.
Peppercino Cafe
This year, Peppercino Café has continued to grow and become much more than just a place for great coffee, it’s a true community hub where neighbours pause, connect, and share stories. Open daily and warmly welcoming residents and visitors alike.
Construction Momentum!
This year has seen significant progress across the Peppercorn Hill community. Construction activity gained strong momentum with key parts of the community taking shape and Peppercorn Hill continuing to be a thriving place to live, play and connect. From new neighbourhoods under construction to exciting amenity on the horizon, 2025 has truly been a year of growth and 2026 is set to be even bigger!
Healthy Lot Sales Activity Continues
Buyer excitement remained strong throughout the year, with new land releases giving more people the chance to join Peppercorn Hill’s thriving community. Interest continues to grow as more families look to start their next chapter.
Community Fund Initiative
Peppercorn Hill’s Community Fund delivered meaningful support across local programs, clubs and initiatives, helping create real, lasting impact for residents of all ages.
Summer Festival Event
We wrapped up the year at Peppercorn Hill with our vibrant Summer Festival event, a lively day of live music, food trucks, kids’ activities and classic summer fun. While the wet weather tried to make a surprise appearance, families still danced, neighbours came together and the Peppercorn Hill community spirit was on full display.
