DFC have been proud to establish and successfully operate Community Fund initiatives across various residential estates since 2002, providing financial grants to local not-for-profit groups. To date DFC have distributed more than $600,000 in grants to eligible groups within their respective local areas.
In 2024 Peppercorn Hill will be offering local organisations the opportunity to apply for a grant of $1500ˆ, a vibrant, healthy community takes more than bricks and mortar, it requires a range of services provided by community groups and associations, covering sport, welfare, culture, recreation and many other areas.
The work done by these groups and the contribution they make to the community is extremely valuable, but often goes unrecognised. This is why each year the Peppercorn Hill Community Fund will provide financial assistance to many of these local groups.
“We’re proud to continue to support local communities by providing financial assistance in areas where we operate our business, and our Community Fund presentation nights have become an annual highlight for us and the many not-for-profit groups that we assist,” said Dennis Family Group Director, Grant Dennis.
