The Peppercorn Hill community continues to grow as land sales and construction works show no sign of slowing! Here's our latest wrap-up of the current works on site and site footage.
Peppercorn Park
Peppercorn Park is now complete and is open to the public. We hope you enjoy the views from the 3 towers, or a go on the slide, race around the scooter track or shoot some hoops on the basketball court, not to mention the open green space and kids play area.
Hillview Drive / Donnybrook Road - Major Intersection Works:
The Hillview Drive / Donnybrook Road signalised intersection is nearing completion. Works are underway on the final asphalt layer and concrete works. It is expected that this intersection will be open to the public by mid-2022.
Stages 1 - 7:
These stages are now complete with settlements having taken place and the construction of many new homes well underway.
Stages 8 and 9:
Stages 8 and 9 have completed construction and received compliance from all required authorities. Unfortunately, prior to submitting this stage for titles, the City of Whittlesea needs to facilitate a land transfer for a section of road widening on Donnybrook Road. We are working with council to expediate this process as quickly as possible. We anticipate titles to be issued in late April 2022
Stage 10:
Stage 10 commenced construction in April 2021. Construction works have been completed and we are now working through attaining compliance from all required authorities. We anticipate titles to be issued end of April 2022
Stage 11:
Stage 11 commenced construction in June 2021.Current works-in-progress include final asphalt layers, concrete works, and topsoil. We anticipate titles to be issued end of May 2022
Stage 11A:
Stage 11A commenced construction in July 2021. Current works-in-progress include final asphalt layers, concrete works, and topsoil. We anticipate titles to be issued mid-June 2022.
Stage 12:
Stage 12 commenced construction in September 2021. Current works-in-progress include road construction and drainage works. We anticipate titles to be issued between August 2022 and September 2022.
Stage 13:
The Stage 13 commenced construction in September 2021. Current works-in-progress include road construction and drainage works. We anticipate titles to be issued between August 2022 and September 2022.
Stages 14:
The Stage 14 commenced construction in October 2021. Current works-in-progress include bulk earthworks and drainage works. We anticipate titles to be issued between September 2022 and October 2022.
Stages 15 and 16:
Tenders for Stages 15 & 16 have been received and are on track to commence construction within the next month and two months, respectively.
