HILLVIEW NEIGHBOURHOOD
Stages 1 – 6:
These stages are now complete, with construction of many new homes well underway.
EASTSIDE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Stages 7 - 16:
These stages are now complete, with construction of many new homes well underway.
Stage 17 & 18:
Stage works are completed with compliance ongoing. Anticipated Titles forecast for the end of November 2023.
Stage 19 & 20:
Stage works are almost complete with compliance to follow. Anticipated Titles forecast in December 2023.
Stage 21:
Stage 21 commenced construction in November 2022. Currently, communication retic and footpath preparation are underway, with pavement works to follow. We anticipate titles to be issued between February 2024 and April 2024.
Stage 22:
Stage 22 commenced construction in November 2022. Currently, sewer works are underway, with subbase pavement layer to follow. We anticipate titles to be issued between March 2024 and May 2024.
Stage 23:
Stage 23 commenced construction in February 2023. Currently, drainage works are ongoing with watermain works to follow. We anticipate titles to be issued between May 2024 and July 2024.
Stage 24:
Stage 24 commenced construction in February 2023. Currently, sewer works are ongoing with drainage works to follow. We anticipate titles to be issued between June 2024 and August 2024.
Stage 25:
Stage 25 commenced construction in May 2023. Currently, sewer works are ongoing with drainage works to follow. We anticipate titles to be issued between August 2024 and October 2024.
Stage 26:
Stage 26 commenced construction in October 2023. Currently, stripping works are ongoing with bulk earthworks to follow. We anticipate titles to be issued between Jan 2025 and March 2025.
Stage 27:
Stage 27 will commence construction in November 2023. We anticipate titles to be issued between Jan 2025 and March 2025.
WOODLANDS NEIGHBOURHOOD
Woodlands Stage 301:
Stage 301 commenced construction in December 2022. Footpath preparation and concrete works are currently underway. We anticipate titles to be issued between October 2024 and December 2024.
Woodlands Stage 302:
Stage 302 construction commenced in July 2023. Sewer construction is finalised, with drainage works underway. We anticipate titles to be issued between October 2024 and December 2024.
Woodlands Stage 303:
Stage 303 is expected to commence construction in early 2024.
