Dance Jam

Step by step, instructor Dagogo will guide you through basic and intermediate hip-hop dance moves.

All you will need for this 30 minute workshop is a bottle of water handy and ample space to get your moves on!

Karate

Join instructor Imandi for an online Karate class and develop skills such as confidence, flexibility, overall strength, and dedication!

Anyone can participate in this 30 minute class and it’s fun for all ages!
