We're Still Open for Business
Over recent months, the Dennis Family Corporation has been effectively implementing an ongoing plan in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
The health and wellbeing of our staff, residents, contractors and customers is our number one priority, as we monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and act quickly on the advice of the Australian Federal and State Governments in following their recommendations for reducing the spread of this virus.
From 11.59pm on Wednesday, 5 August the Peppercorn Hill Land Sales Office will be open by online appointment only.
Our Team will continue to support sales enquiries, purchasers, and residents. The Victorian State Government have confirmed that building, construction and development sites are permitted to continue operating under the current government restrictions and safety protocols, including a High Risk COVID Safe Plan.
Our Contractors are well prepared to manage their workforce and ensure their High Risk COVID Safe Plan is fully implemented.
Whilst we may not be able to meet you face to face, our team will continue to support sales enquiries, purchasers, and residents through a range of communication options.
