The land sales centre at Peppercorn Hill has won gold for the Interior Design – Sales Centre national category in the BETTER FUTURE Australian Design Awards.
This follows a win in the Victorian Design Awards that made it eligible for entry in the national competition.
Nick Aubrey, Marketing Executive and responsible for delivering the land sales office, said the project has gone from strength to strength.
“It’s an honour for our team at Dennis Family Corporation and the external organisations, including Diva Works and SPM Group, who we’ve worked with for many years to receive this award.”
“We’ve seen the project come so far in only a few years, and that’s in part thanks to the experience our customers and residents have at the sales centre,” Nick said.
The estate was one of Victoria’s best-selling communities in 2024 (RPM Group) and is home to one of Victoria’s largest display home villages.
Peppercorn Hill’s entry is now automatically elevated into the BETTER FUTURE World Design Awards, a global program recognising designers and the design process.
International winners will be announced on Wednesday 29 January.
Life at Peppercorn Hill, Donnybrook
The estate has been a hive of activity ever since construction began in 2020 and the first residents moved in the following year. Over 30 stages of civil construction are complete and is already home to almost 2000 residents.
Peppercorn Hill was one of Victoria’s best-selling communities in 2024, according to RPM Group, and has one of Victoria’s largest display home villages.
Our most recent Community Fund presentation held in November saw 20 delighted community and not-for-profit groups from Donnybrook and the surrounding area received grants totaling $30,000.
When completed, Peppercorn Hill will have over 4,800 residential lots, schools, park lands and a future town centre.
