At your appointment you will be required to sign an unconditional contract of sale and all parties whose name/s appear on your contract will need to attend, along with photo identification such as a Passport or Drivers Licence. 

Prior to signing your contract, we do recommend that you seek independent legal advice. The balance of your deposit will be required at the contract signing appointment and a trust account receipt will be issued. Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, a copy of the executed contract will be sent to your legal representative.

We aim to complete civil construction in a timely manner and will advise you of anticipated milestones and updates on construction progress. Before any machinery comes onsite, plans must be approved by the relevant authorities. Once these are approved the construction phases includes, removing topsoil, laying of sewer, drainage, water and gas systems, kerb and channel installed, electrical and communications cabling laid and the construction of footpaths and asphalting of roads.

With your land now selected, it’s time to choose a home design and builder. Before you start visiting builders and display villages you need to think about the right home that’s right for you now and into the immediate future. First and most importantly, work out a budget, from here you can decide on the home features that are essential, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, garage space, etc. Once you have these sorted, it’s time to search the net, visit builders, walk through their displays and ask lots of questions.

Through the civil construction phase, you will be issued with letters from our conveyancing team providing updates on construction and when settlement is anticipated. Of course, the Peppercorn Hill sales team always there to assist, answer any questions and provide guidance.

Prior to settlement you will need to have your finance approved. You’ll receive a land title document at settlement and can start building your home.

November 2019 in Construction

Earthworks are progressing well in Stages 1 - 3, with drainage, sewer and water construction works beginning recently and titles on track to issue

in September 2020. The new Stonewall Drive intersection in Stage 1 adjacent to the Peppercorn Hill Sales Office is also taking shape.

In further good news, Council engineering approval has now been obtained for Stages 4 to 6, with construction works set to begin early in the New Year.

Those driving along Donnybrook Road, will have noticed plenty of activity taking place at the Estate lately!

Most importantly, we’re excited to announce that civil construction of the Peppercorn Hill community now finally underway. Earthworks are about to commence in Stages 1 – 3, with drainage and sewer construction works to kick off following this, and titles on track to issue in September 2020. The new Stonewall Drive intersection in Stage 1 adjacent to the Peppercorn Hill Sales Office is also nearing completion.
