Thank you to the entire Peppercorn Hill community for making 2022 a MASSIVE year. The team would like to wish everyone a very happy and safe festive season.
It’s been a damp old Spring, but we thought we’d head into Summer with some good news!
On a (very) stormy night on Wednesday, 16 November 2022, the inaugural Peppercorn Hill Community Fund presentation evening took place at the Estate’s Sales Centre in Donnybrook, with Dennis Family Group Managing Director, Grant Dennis, on hand to congratulate 15 happy local community and not-for-profit groups on receiving grants totalling $22,500.
We know an important factor for many families deciding where to build their forever home, is the ability to access great schools in the area. So we are delighted to see the new State Government funded Primary School, currently named Hayes Hill Primary School, well and truly taking shape minutes from Peppercorn Hill!
Small acts, like putting the right things into the right bins, disposing of other hard rubbish appropriately, remembering to take your reusables when you leave home or sticking to your shopping list, can all have a significant impact on our environment.
To follow is our simple guide to recycling in the City of Whittlesea to help Peppercorn Hill residents manage their household waste and recycling as effectively and efficiently as possible – so everyone benefits!
Peppercorn Hill’s newest neighbourhood is now selling!
Donnybrook is rapidly becoming one of the most sought-after addresses along Melbourne’s bucolic northern fringe. The suburb is really starting to come to life with an abundance of new residential and commercial developments underway.
But if you needed any additional incentive to join this growing, thriving, vibrant community, it’s hard to go past the recently released Woodlands Precinct right in the heart of Donnybrook’s Peppercorn Estate.
So, you’re planning on buying, and maybe building, a house. One of the first and most important factors to consider when you embark on your new home journey is the location and neighbourhood where you’ll ultimately be living.
Most of us want to live in a community that’s attractive, safe, affordable, alongside other people we can imagine forming friendships and connections with. And, if we have a family, we’ll probably also be looking for access to playgrounds, good schools and other amenities.
LOVE LOCAL - Nickie and Carol Tiu, Peppercorn Hill Residents
Qualified engineer, Nickie Tiu, works at Ford’s Broadmeadows Plant while his wife, Carol, is a member of the Production team at Ingham’s in Thomastown. Currently living in their own home in Mernda, the couple had been looking to upsize so they could accommodate a growing family, and finally took the plunge on a block at Peppercorn Hill in Stage 15A in last year
We took this opportunity to chat with Nickie to discover what made them choose Peppercorn Hill.
Peppercorn Hill is a community that has been designed with families in mind, and once completed will have everything a family will need, with the newly opened Peppercorn Park being just the beginning.
Setting a high standard for what’s to come at the Donnybrook community, the playground is a fun new addition for all residents and families in the area.
